ORDERS

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, pricing updates, and customer responsibilities are as stated in the contract or written order confirmation.

DELIVERY AND STORAGE

Delivery terms, title transfer, risk, and storage responsibilities are set forth in the contract. Alternative Assets UK is not responsible for delays outside its control.

RISK AND WARRANTY

Risk transfers to the customer at time of delivery. Ownership passes only upon full payment. Alternative Assets UK offers no warranties for quality, value, or compliance of the goods and is not liable for loss or deterioration.

FORCE MAJEURE

Alternative Assets UK shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, regulation, or strikes.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by UK law. Disputes are subject to UK jurisdiction.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Some Site content may not be available or legal in all jurisdictions. You access it at your own risk.

CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ACT

No third party has rights under these Terms unless specifically stated.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
